Meet Kayleigh

You’re on calls all week that could have been emails! This call isn’t that.  There is a link in your inbox for our session and you click it.  Our window opens and what begins is one hour of total acceptance.  During this time, we put our full attention on the spinning of your inner world.  It doesn’t matter that Slack is pinging, and you have loose ends to tie up. This is your hour.

I don’t ask about work. I don’t check on your finances. I don’t ask how your car is running. Or if your trip is all planned.  I ask about you.  I want to know how it feels when everything is quiet and you’re trying to fall asleep.  Are you okay?

For our calls, you may prop up your phone on the dashboard in your parking garage while you eat your lunch on your lap. Or you might be at home surrounded by all your favorite things and I’ll get to meet your dog.  Maybe you’ll take the call at work and have to wave to co workers over the camera.  Funny enough, I’ve had sessions with clients zooming in from Zilker Park, the aisles of Target, the backseat of an Uber, and the top of a high ropes course - so go ahead, shock me! Wherever you are, I’ll be there!

We may meet in a weird virtual way, but know that I will make the connection with you.  You won’t feel miles away! Sessions with me are fun. I’ve never made a change in my life when I felt uninspired and bored, but I’ve done a lot of good while I was laughing.  Humor and knowing my shit are my two secret weapons- they’ve served me well.
